What are your hours?
We are open Tuesday - Saturday. We book appointments starting at 9:00 am and take our last appointment at 5:00 pm. We have later evening appointments available on Thursdays. We can accommodate earlier or later bookings on other days by appointment.

What should I wear to the Spa?
Comfortable clothing. We will provide a robe and spa shoes for you to use. You may keep your valuables in your own locked cabinet while you are at the Spa.

When should I arrive for my services?
If you have not had your service at the Spa previously, then please arrive 15 minutes early for paperwork.

Please allow plenty of time to change.
If you are late for your appointment, your service time will be shortened.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa and MasterCard. Personal checks are gladly accepted, however, any check returned for non-sufficient funds will be charged a collection fee of $25.00 and may be turned over to an outside agency for collection.

Reserving multiple services, including packages.
Due to the number of technicians involved in multiple services, and the scheduling challenge that it presents, it is necessary to reserve your services by using a credit card, OR by using a valid gift card.

How far in advance do I have to cancel multiple services, including packages?
There is no cancellation fee charged if the Spa is notified 24 hours in advance.
If you cancel within 24 hours of your service(s) your credit card or gift card will be charged 50% of the service amount.
If you do not call in advance, and do not come in for your services, we will charge your credit card or gift card for 100% of the amount of the services.

Do your service and package prices include gratuity?
No, service and package prices do not include gratuity.

Is your Jacuzzi bath and Steam Shower private?
Our Jacuzzi and steam shower are separate, and are designed for one person at a time.

What product lines do you use?
We use our result producing "Polima" private facial and body care line. Click here to view our Polima products.
We use Creative Nail acrylic products.

What about waxing?
In order to be effective, your hair needs to be at least 1/4" long.
If you are using Retin A, Acutane, or AHA's, you should not have waxing done.
A "Bikini" waxing removes the hair along the panty line.
A "Brazilian" waxing removes all of the pubic hair.
You may experience more discomfort during your monthly cycle.

Can I bring my children to the Spa?
Children under the age of 13 are not allowed in the Spa, in order to help ensure a relaxation experience for all of the Spa's guests.

Can I use my cell phone or beeper while I'm relaxing in the Spa?
Our Spa is a place of peace and tranquility. In consideration of the other guests, please turn cell phones to "vibrate" or "off", and refrain from using them.

Is the Spa regulated?
We are regulated by the Arizona State Board of Cosmetology and the Arizona State Board of Massage Therapy. We comply with the state established sanitation and disinfecting requirements.

Some things you should know about our Gift Cards:
They can be for a specific service or package, or for a dollar amount.
The card can be exchanged for other services or retail products
The card can be transferred to another person.
The card is void 18 months from the purchase date.
The card is not redeemable for cash.

Treat your Gift Card like it is cash:
We cannot research or re-issue a card if you have lost one, or you think it has been stolen.
The gift card must be presented at the time of service. It is impossible for us to "look up" the gift card.
